Search module of assayM provides its users a facility to identify/search best primer sequences (from a list of WHO approved 34 primers based upon their calculated binding free energy i.e., ΔG value) for different SARS-CoV-2 variants. User specified combination of various field values (with a default AND operator between field values) can be created to retrieve the customized list of primers.
